Charles Gervais, President of Missing Link Technologies Ltd (MLT), originally started with the company in 2003 as a technologist. He was promoted to General Manager in 2007; since this time, under his leadership, MLT has tripled its workforce and increased its revenue by almost 350%. Charles became an owner of the organization and assumed the role of President of MLT in 2012.
Charles graduated from the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in Moncton in 2001 with a certificate as a Computer Systems Technician, then graduated again from NBCC with a certificate in Network, Design, and Administration Technology in 2002. After college, Charles worked as an IT Technician at CN Railway in Moncton.
Charles grew up in Grand Falls, New Brunswick. He enjoys travelling and camping, and is actively involved in the Moncton Squash Club. Charles is fluent in both French and English, and volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society.
Meriem Dibaj, Director of Sales and Marketing at Missing Link Technologies Ltd (MLT), started with the organization in 2015. Meriem leads the organization’s direction with respect to market analysis, external communications, and branding. She has developed the company’s first marketing plan and business plan with financial analysis projections.
Prior to joining MLT, Meriem worked in Morocco as a sales manager and representative, driving sales activities through market analysis and the development of client relationships. Meriem also worked in France as a sales manager conducting market studies and implementing commercial dashboards while managing a regional sales workforce.
Meriem holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Université de Moncton (UdeM) and a Master’s degree in Marketing from ESC Troyes in France. She acquired her Master’s degree in commerce from ENCG Settat and a diploma in management accounting in Morocco. Meriem enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures.
Claude Morin, an IT Facilities Specialist at Missing Link Technologies Ltd (MLT), originally started with the company in 2006. Claude has had many roles at MLT, leading technical resources in the IT facilities group and then again in the software and database development team. Claude specializes in predictive analytics, data mining, and leading the research and development at MLT.
Claude graduated in the Electronic Engineering Technology program from the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in Moncton, New Brunswick in 1996. Claude also attended the Université de Moncton in the engineering program. Prior to joining MLT, Claude worked at Spielo Gaming in New Brunswick as a technologist, designing power distribution boards and developing security communications algorithms.
Claude is originally from Edmundston, New Brunswick. He enjoys playing music, canoeing, hiking, and sailing. Claude also spends time being an auto mechanic for his friends and family.
Doug McCluskey, a Network Specialist at Missing Link Technologies Ltd (MLT), originally started with the company in 2001, a founding employee in the organization. Doug has had many roles at MLT, leading technical resources in broadband and telecommunications technologies. Doug specializes in cable and engineering design.
Doug graduated as an Electronics Technologist at the RCC Institute of Technology, part of Yorkville University in Toronto, Ontario. Doug also graduated from the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in Woodstock, New Brunswick in 1992 with a certificate in Radio Broadcasting. Prior to joining MLT, Doug worked at Spielo Gaming in New Brunswick and the Netherlands in the Service and Online departments.
Doug is originally from Grand Falls, New Brunswick. He enjoys music and playing his guitar. Doug also coaches and plays hockey.
