Come to MLT.
We have cookies.
Ok, sometimes we have cookies and sometimes we have fruit, but there are always snacks at our office! We know it’s the small things that make the difference. That’s why we’ve included small (and big) benefits for MLT’ers.
We’ve got the usual things like group benefits and an RRSP program, but more than that you will find a positive work environment, collaborative team members, open-door policy, independence, and room to grow. We were WFH (work from home) before it was cool, and we encourage our employees to log on from wherever they feel most comfortable (did we mention the office has free snacks?)

You could say MLT is a unicorn in a field of horses! The environment MLT has created for its employees is truly magical! Working here has helped me grow in many ways, both professionally and personally. I am very grateful to be part of this team & following my passion every day!
